Amazing service. Technician explained everything that could be wrong and potential costs before proceeding. Sanitized all equipment, etc and wore a mask the entire time. Had the needed part on him and completed the entire service in under an hour. They will be my go to going forward.

Called to have a repair on our fridge. Arrived on time and with a courtesy call prior so that was appreciated. I was told over the phone it was $50.00 to have someone come and see what is wrong and then the money would come if cost of repair.
He removed the freezer drawer and broke it. Took off the bottom plastic part and couldn’t get it back on. Said I have to defrost the freezer and he will
Come back for $250.00! Then that money will come off the repair cost????????? Told him no. He then charges me $90.00
