Edgar answered the phone himself and came within 2 hours to fix our dryer. Over the phone, explaining the issue, he sounded as though he wanted to interrupt me to tell ME what was wrong with it because he honestly knew from the info I'd already provided. He told me why the problem is happening, how much the two parts would cost if both parts were needed, how much the labour would be-all in a worst case scenario.
After he opened things up, he realized only one part would be necessary (not perfectly psychic) and the labour would in turn, cost less.
SOOOO happy with him. Samsung should be recommending him! We'll call him back anytime. Glad to have someone honest and reliable in the appliance repair biz! :)
