Scott provided top notch service, researched and priced parts to make our microwave repair affordable rather than replacement. Scott took time to explain what had broken in the microwave and effected a repair efficiently and professionally. Scott took time to open the filter area of our washing machine, drain and clean the filter and re-install all the while explaining the design, maintenance and recommendations for continued care. All in all, we would not hesitate to have Scott work on any of our appliances and we will call him first in the future.

Scott recently came to fix things with my washer, which as it turns out, had been hooked up wrong. He's also been to the house to repair my fridge and dishwasher. Scott is always on time, professional, and friendly. It can be very stressful reaching out for these sorts of services as it means giving trust where I have no expertise of my own. But I trust Scott completely. He has always been straight forward and honest and has always charged very reasonable rates. He has become my #1 go-to man for these kinds of things. If only he could do the rest of my repairs in the house! :)

Scott came in and had a few ideas of what the problem was, and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner for a fraction of the cost of a new fridge. Thankfully he was able to fix it as it’s only a couple years old.

We had just moved into our home and were having problems with the ice maker leaking and not making ice. Scott was very knowledgeable about what the problem was, and knew which part to order. I called Appliance Team Inc to come and look at my dryer as there was a burning smell as well as a squeaking sound every time it ran. Scott was my service tech and arrived on time with everything he needed to fix it.
He was quick to trouble shoot it and seemed to have a lot of experience dealing with our model of dryer. He had the entire unit working like new in less than an hour.
