I put a service request for installing a new cabinet hood range I bought with an existing one. Yevhen responded promptly and was very understanding on working out a schedule that worked for both of us. Upon meeting him, he worked efficiently and always respected my home and its surrounding area to ensure everything was kept clean and nothing would be damaged.
