Our washing machine suddenly stopped draining. I found Yevhen on Homestars, and connected with him right away. Yevhen was fantastic! He was very quick to respond and was able to diagnose the issue with our washing machine very quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous - and kept a very clean working area. I told him about the error message on the oven and he was able to assess the problem and called me back with a quote after he priced out the necessary parts. The drain pump in my washer machine needed replacing so I called Yevhen based on his reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Yehven was awesome! He was quick to respond and was able to isolate the issue quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It is my pleasure to write a review for Yevhen. We needed to have the pedestal from our old Maytag washer installed on our new Maytag. This was because the Canadian Appliance Source delivery team refused to do so, in spite of the fact that the salesperson had stated in our contract that they would. Yevhen communicated with me promptly when I texted him to find out when he would arrive and he arrived precisely within the time window that was scheduled. He was so pleasant to deal with and he agreed to wear PPE as we have seniors in the house. Yevhen did an outstanding job and kept everything clean and tidy. He protected our machine by bracing it carefully when he needed to turn it on it's side to attach the pedestal. He even noticed that our hot and cold taps were connected opposite to the way they should have been...either the Canadian Appliance Source technicians did this incorrectly or it was that way with our old machine and two other technicians that attended to fix the old machine never noticed the wrong connection. Yevhen fixed this for us, levelled the machine, tested it and everything is working perfectly. He is honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again for appliance service!

I called Yevhen and within 30 mins he was at my house. He looked at the freezer, we discussed the problem (the compressor wasn't working) and my options. Very clear, professional and honest. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

My refrigerator wasnt working and needed repair. I contacted Yevhen to take a look who responded to me right away and was able to come to the house within 24 hours to perform the service. We discovered that the compressor was malfunctioning and a new fridge was the best option, but I will call again for any future issues. It was a good experience.

Water wasnt drainging for the washer machine for couple of days. Yehven came in the same day I called and quickly assessed the problem. He fixed it within 10-15min. Few tweaks had to be made and came in the following day and fully fixed the washer. I would highly Yehven and use his services again as he is very professional, honest and offers reasonable prices compared to other services.

Yevhen was prompt and professional with updating us on availability and timing for his visit. He kept us informed on progress during the repair and got our washer working again. Also gave us advice that if the same issue occurred we should avoid repair and proceed to buy a new one. Very honest and ethical in his approach and advice. Would highly recommend.

Yevhen is a true professional. He completed the installation of my over-the-range microwave oven in an hour, then cleaned up the kitchen range area after the job. He was well mannered, very efficient and had good work habit! He is a gem in the trade!
