Great diagnosis, identified and fixed issue.

Dishwasher was not heating not supplying enough water. The supply line was blocked and Yevhen fixed it quickly without charging extra. The heating element in the pump would have been uneconomical to replace so he recommended me quick fixes to get around the problem and it works well.

We found Yevhen on Homestars and were impressed with his reviews. I called him yesterday afternoon about my oven that would no longer heat up. He gave me a 4 hour window to come check out my oven today and arrived at the start of the 4 hours, after texting me to tell me he would be arriving shortly. It then took him no time at all to diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate that included quotes for if the problem was a smaller issue or, less likely a bigger issue so I was aware of the possible outcomes. He also kindly gave me time to decide if I wanted to go through with the repair and then came back the same day with the part needed. Lucky for us, in the end, it was the smaller less expensive issue that was the problem and our oven is back to working again!
