Our fridge was gradually getting warmer and warmer so we looked up reviews for fridge repair people on HomeStars and we're very glad that we found Yevhen. He was able to fit us in relatively quickly (even accommodating a last-minute schedule change on our part), fixed the fridge perfectly, and was very reasonably priced. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I called Yevhen to help with a dishwasher leak. He assessed the issue and offered to repair at a reasonable price. Finished the drain repair on the spot in no time! Highly recommended.

I have used Yevhen for 3 years and he has always been top-notch, solving issues that could be fixed economically and giving good advice on when it is best to replace an appliance. Most recently he diagnosed a problem with my gas clothing dryer and gave me the cost breakdown for a selection of solutions as well as his guidance on the most likely best outcomes. As always, the cost of his visit was more than recovered through the well thought out solution.

Before you look any further, do yourself a favour and call Yevhen! I called after 6:00pm and he answered my call. I explained my problem and he set up an approximate time for the appointment. He texted me an arrival time that was exact and very much appreciated and showed up on time. He had a very tight working space and he got right after it, no hesitation. He is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. I have added him to my contacts and cant wait to recommend him to my neighbours and friends.
I am an anxious person and he took that away right away.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Yevhen Pankratenko has. Our built-in Bosch oven had what turned out to be a challenging malfunction. The first person we called was not able to figure it out. Yevhen was the second person I called, and wow, he was incredible!
