Another amazing quality service provided by Yevhen. We had to replace both the upper and lower tracks of our dishwasher. Ordered them on Partselect and Yevhen came to install them. This is the second time we have been using him and both times he provided us with professional service and showed us great knowledge of the appliances. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

While I ended up going with another vendor because of scheduling, Yevhen was extremely prompt and helpful with his quote. I was very impressed with his level of service.

Our washing machine had a mystery problem. I called, Yevhen answered, service date confirmed in 10 minutes, he called ahead, arrived on time, and sorted the problem in 10 minutes - it was a structural Ghost, the worst kind. He then gave me proffessional advice on what to do next, advice that was not necessarlily going to make him money. A service call doesn't get better than that.

Yevhen arrived on time, was organized and thoughtful when entering my home. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He first mentioned that the part will have to be ordered and hed need to return next week which we were fine with. He then got on his phone and called another parts place and found what he needed. Had tried replacing a broken part on the water filtration system on my kitchen aid 10 year old fridge. Was leaking, he came looked at it and identified the issue and fixed it for me!
