I hired Kirk to install a tankless water heater. A job that I thought would maybe take a couple of hours ended up taking almost a couple of weeks, resulting in no solution. He drilled a hole through the joist to install an intake hose, which did not work. When he left he promised that everything was working as it should. However that day and many days after I was unable to get hot water. This was extremely stressful for me and my household as I also run a daycare in my home. Of course because I wasn't getting hot water, I had to call him to come over again and again with the same result, and him promising me that this issue was fixed. After a week and a half, Kirk admitted that he didn't know what else to try to fix the issue and encouraged me to reach out to another company to fix the issue. He added that he will remove everything including the tank and will refund me my money as he wasn't able to complete the job. I hired another company who found out that Kirk had made a plug out of the wiring of the light switch. What this means is that when you turned off the light it would also turn off the hot water. The company that had found the issue was able to set up a tankless water heater for me and now I have hot water. I informed Kirk about his mistake, which he took full ownership of. He told me that he would refund me the full amount of $2000. We are now approaching the third week and I still haven't received my money to pay the company that did the job that Kirk was unable to do. He is currently holding $1000 of my money and refusing to refund it back to me. In my opinion, I find him to be very dishonest.

I really didn't want to write this review, but feel I have to. Kirk was recommended by another technician who tried to fix the issue, but was unable to follow up. Kirk was very nice and seemed to understand why our Samsung fridge was building up ice in the back. Kirk came once and said the issue should be resolved because he replaced a sensor. The ice build up came back and I reached out to him again. He came back and said it should be fine after he did something with the gas in the back. He said  had worked for past customers. Less than 6 weeks later, ice build up again. I called Kirk, he said he would come back and take a look again. He didn't. So now we're stuck taking apart our fridge every 4-6 weeks (after paying almost 1/2 the price of a new fridge between 3 different techs) to defrost our fridge so the fan doesn't stop working. The only reason I gave a 6 is because he was nice and seemed to be really understanding and knowledgeable. We also have issues with our Samsung stove and was going to call him when we had no more fridge issues, but now we're stuck with two terrible appliances and no one trustworthy to call.

Service and repairs were done in an efficient and professional manner and would highly recommend Felix and his team.

Kirk took my first call when I was fully frustrated with the supplier that CAS gave me to work with. From that first call, to his quote and all the way to his/his teams installation, it was 100% satisfaction for me. Honest, patient and I felt like he installed it for himself in his own home - don't hesitate, just give him a call.

Kirk had knowledge of the problem and was able to diagnose and fix it quickly. The area was kept clean and the fridge was back to normal in a matter of hours. Overall a good service experience.

Kirk was very prompt to book the appointment with my initial request in Home Stars. Upon arrival at our home, Kirk was very professional in diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator and determining the repair solution. Kirk was efficient, clean and courteous in his approach. The fees for the repair were quite reasonable. I would call Kirk again!
