3 calls, 2 visits, same issues
I really didn't want to write this review, but feel I have to. Kirk was recommended by another technician who tried to fix the issue, but was unable to follow up. Kirk was very nice and seemed to understand why our Samsung fridge was building up ice in the back. Kirk came once and said the issue should be resolved because he replaced a sensor. The ice build up came back and I reached out to him again. He came back and said it should be fine after he did something with the gas in the back. He said had worked for past customers. Less than 6 weeks later, ice build up again. I called Kirk, he said he would come back and take a look again. He didn't. So now we're stuck taking apart our fridge every 4-6 weeks (after paying almost 1/2 the price of a new fridge between 3 different techs) to defrost our fridge so the fan doesn't stop working. The only reason I gave a 6 is because he was nice and seemed to be really understanding and knowledgeable. We also have issues with our Samsung stove and was going to call him when we had no more fridge issues, but now we're stuck with two terrible appliances and no one trustworthy to call.
