We're very pleased with the work done by Jason's crew in repairing our patio interlock brick. They worked steadily all day and took great care to be able to use the original bricks and pattern so that it totally matched the rest of the patio. In addition to the brickwork, they did an excellent job repairing the parging on the adjacent basement wall. The guys are very skilled and when the job was done, they left our backyard totally cleaned up. Would definitely recommend Expert Property Enhancements.

We met with Jason at Expert Property Enhancements because we needed to fix a hole in our garage floor and correct a bunch of interlock that was sloping towards the house. Jason pointed out a few more things he could add in to make his time at our house more effective (fixing some parging and steps), then gave us a simple, all-in price for each of these two jobs

Later, when we expanded the scope of the work by widening the path, he included the labour at no extra charge and provided some extra brick that did a lovely job of finishing off our path.

On top of all that, he was able to start the job only a week after signing and finished the job on schedule.

Finally, Jason has been very responsive by email, which I quite appreciate. Thank you!

I was so pleased with Jason, Peter and Matt. They did a wonderful job on this small project. They managed to squeeze in our project much faster than I anticipated, they were prompt, friendly and left the job site in great shape. I'm particularly pleased with the three year warranty. They even helped my neighbors cut some stones. I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with them for any other project around my home.

Peter and Matt arrived at 8:45 and started to work right away. They took a look at what my husband had done last year and said that they didn’t really need to lift the stones there, they would just put the sand. They used the edgers that we provided and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very personable.
They should be very proud of the work they do.

Jason dropped off a card at our house and after reading their reviews on HomeStars we decided to give him call. Jason discussed the parging work that needed to be done as well as a bit of interlocking work he noticed and quoted us a great price. We were not home they day that Peter and his crew did the work but he returned that evening and explained exactly what he had done and provided us with a three year warranty. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship and their friendly and efficient service. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again if need be.

Peter and Matt did an awesome job dismantling our front steps, a large walkway and large garden retaining wall, then rebuilt it all in a heatwave! All the stonework looks brand new again!

We started looking for someone to so some minor work on our property (sealing the driveway ). As usual, we like to get 3 quotes so we can better compare.

When we met with Jason, he gave us a quote for the work we needed but noticed some other things around the property which we had just gotten used to. If left alone, these issues would have just gotten worse and more expensive to fix over time. In no way did Jason pressure us to do the extra work. Too often when we meet with workers, we have our guard up because we don’t want someone to talk us into extra work. Even though we ended up paying more than we originally were looking to spend, we were 100% happy with the outcome and very happy that we listened to Jason’s professional opinion.

The easy part of any project is agreeing to it. Having it done properly, the way it was agreed upon and being happy with the end result is another story. We can say that from start to finish, we did not have an issue. Peter and Matt were polite and a pleasure to have working on our property. When they would see us, they would give us updates on the job to keep us in the loop. When it was all done, there was no left over debris from the workers.

Neighbors on our street were so impressed they also have booked EPE for some work on their homes.

I called Jason last year to do a lip on my ashphalt driveway and to lift and reset my interlocks leading from my driveway to my front steps. Jason not only provided me a most reasonable price, but he as well provided excellent service as well. The morning he stated they would start, a crew of approximately 8-10 guys started working like a highly, trained tactical squad. EVERYTHING was completed with accurate precision as desired.

I contacted Jason again this year for parging work on my residence. Jason promptly replied and showed up at my front door. We agreed to a deal foe which Jason stated he woukd have the job completed within 1.5 - 2 weeks; that was on a Monday. I came home from work the next day and all work was completed above and beyond my highest exoextations.

Jason is a solid dude wo won’t mess you around and I would respectfully suugest you show him the same courtesy...it will pay off for you in the long run.
