Expert Property Enhancements

I started the project with a different contractor that had to take time off due to illness. Jason took over my two bathrooms renovation and finished everything beautifully. He was easy to talk to and did everything we agreed on.
Hats off to them.

We hired the Expert Property Enhancements team to help us reimagine an underutilized space in the basement into an office set-up. The team members were great - detail-oriented, super tidy and showed up when they said they would. To say that we are pleased with the end result is an understatement. We will definitely be in touch with this company again for future projects.

I hired Jason and Mark and the rest of his team to take a dilapidated closet area and turn it into a Computer Build Area for me to do my Computer Builds with some Storage for my YouTube Channel. They delivered exactly what I had in mind and it looks amazing. His team went far and beyond expectations, with attention to detail. I never expected them to sand and prep the wall for painting at all so was incredibly happy when this is exactly what they did. I will for sure hire them again for any future home renovation I might need done. I would highly recommend them to friends and family...Excellent Job exceeding expectations...

We finally decided to remove the carpets on our second floor after talking about it for a few years. Jason came in and spent a lot of time measuring the areas and learning what was important to us for this renovation. He discussed different flooring options with us and even went to my wife's work to show her samples. We ended up putting new carpet on the stairs and vinyl flooring everywhere else on the second floor. The transitions between the floors and carpets are beautiful and the colors of the flooring and carpets go really well together.

We also decided to have the second floor staircase and hallways painted as well as two other rooms. The paint job is really good, especially considering we have rounded corners which are difficult to paint.

Overall we had a great experience with Jason and his crew. They took good care of our house and were even done a few days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise.

I tried to find someone to repair/replace/fix a very difficult floor that had been installed badly and was cracking. Tried a few contractors, but no one wanted to tackle it. Jason suggested a logical solution and did a beautiful job. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him.

I hired Jason and his crew to fix my 3rd story chimney that had not been used in about 50 years. He gave me an estimate standing on my driveway using binoculars. The first challenge was the scaffolding which needed to provide access for 6 cars to the back parking area. Easier said than done and they ended up building across the driveway so we could all drive under--clever! Once up there, the masons realized the job was more urgent and complex than they had realized: there was almost no mortar remaining and the whole chimney was 1 big sneeze from collapsing. The team still completed the job in the agreed upon time and for the same price. My kind of company and I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for quality masonry.

Jason responded to my request for a quote really quickly and his crew was onsite the next business day. They repaired holes in our drywall left behind by electricians, then repainted, and the job was done well and on schedule. Everyone on the crew was really nice, too! They even did some other minor repairs we'd been putting off. After the painting was done, the company spent a day fixing the parging on our foundation, and that job was good, too. We were very happy with the work.

Saw the EPE truck doing a job around the corner and gave Jason a call. He was quick to respond and had Marc on site to start demolishing the existing (crumbling) flagstone steps two days later. He worked through the weekend and then Peter and the rest of the crew showed up on Monday to start rebuilding and installing the new interlock. They did a great job of keeping as much of the existing interlock as possible and blended it seamlessly with the new stone. The steps are now safe and look great! Thanks again

Jason's crew (Teck & Mark) were punctual, highly skilled and courteous. The guys showed up precisely as planned, laid out the work area, and commenced laying the flooring. They worked well as a team and seldom took breaks. Although basements walls, floors, etc, are often imperfect, they managed to lay the flooring expertly and without compromise. The end result is an extremely happy customer who highly recommends EPE for all your renovations.

Jason and his employees were very knowledgeable, courteous, effective and efficient in the completion of the work for which EPE was contracted. Indeed, they provided measurable value above and beyond that which had been agreed upon.

We would, without recommendation, use EPE again for other applicable projects and or recommend EPE to friends and others.
