Expert Property Enhancements

We hired Expert Property Enhancements when our gas fireplace service people told us that pieces of our chimney were falling into the fireplace. The team did quality work, able to replace the flue while replacing only one layer of bricks, and thus beating other competitor estimates by several hundred dollars, and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any masonry work required.

I was looking for a quote for my job. Contacted Jason. He gave a price to get the work done next day.
Peter and Matt showed up at 9 am and worked diligently, and completed the job by 3 pm.
The work was done nicely and to our satisfaction. Peter and Matt took care of any concerns without a hassle.

EPE is definitely like sunshine in the gloomy environment of home repairs and renovation contractors. Jason and his team did the work for repairing the interlock on our front steps, driveway as well as parging. The work was done professionally, on time and on budget by Peter and Matt and comes with a warranty as well!!!

Jason responds quickly to messages and phone calls and even informed us when his people were running an hour late to start our work. The invoice described the work done in detail.

Thank you Jason and team for doing a great parging and interlocking install job in my front and back yard.  The work was done on time and within the quote that was provided to me by Jason.  The crew was very good and professional. 

I don't usually consider contractors when they come to the door looking for work, I look for them.
However, Jason was offering a service that l badly needed, parching of the garage foundation plus a minor brick replacement. He explained his process and made a recommendation to parge the front foundation, front door area and the side of the garage. He also mentioned he was on Home Stars so that put my mind at ease. I did check them out on Home Stars after I gave the go ahead and Jason said I didn't have to pay until I was satisfied with the work. His team showed up on time, two great guys who knew what they were doing and were pleasant to me with my questions.
Side bar: One of my kids stepped on the front door landing parch job, but I left a message for Jason that I needed it repaired and he didn't let me down, one his guys showed up to repair our screw up. I've already asked for a small interior job that he can do when the weather does not allow his team to work outdoors.
