I called EPE yesterday and they came within 5 minutes to look at my house. Jason was very knowledgeable and provided a recommendation for the work right away. Within 15 minutes Peter showed up to complete the parging work. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. Would definitely consider using them again in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Jason, Justin and their team. They relaid an interlock walkway and the entranceway stairs, and the results were beautiful. I hired them back a second time to lay new trim in my kitchen and some miscellaneous handyman services. They arrived on time, are efficient and a pleasure to work with. I have had Jason and his crew help me out with a few jobs. Jason took the time to properly assess the causes of problems, was quick to get back to me with quotes and had the jobs done very quickly (we had been frustrated with other contractors taking a long time to get back to us and not getting things done in a timely manner).
His crew was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating (with my work schedule).

EPE were excellent to deal with. They provided us with detailed information on what the work would entail, the length of time to do it and a price quote to our satisfaction. There were a few small jobs to be done around our house, which a big company was not willing to do. Expert Property Enhancements agree to work on all of them. They included: parging around the back foundation and on both sides of the garage entrance; interlock lift, level and relay work of the back patio and front stairs; refinishing the front porch with Granit Grip compound; removing the old vinyl flooring and laying new ceramic tiles in a small bathroom. Jason promptly provided a reasonable quote for all these jobs. We supplied the Granit Grip compound and the ceramic tiles. All in all, the jobs were satisfactory carried out and were finished with-in a week. The bathroom tiling was done in two stages, as there was a problem with the tiles’ colouring. We believe that the store, where we bought the tiles, had a box with two different colours. This difference in colour was not detected during the first laying. We bought new tiles. Complying with EPE’s warranty, at no extra cost, Jason and his crew efficiently replaced the faulty tiles with new ones. We are happy to have all our jobs done and wish EPE success and business growth.

Our interlock front stairs and walkway needed repair. At first look it appeared to be a simply job, but once the workers came out to start they found problems with how the job was originally done. Jason came out and showed us the problem and explained what now needed to be done. The walkway and stairs now look better than the original job. Excellent work, excellent worker, an excellent company to work with!

Great company to deal with from step 1. Got back to me quickly with an estimate. Work was done promptly and finished on time, as promised. Work looks absolutely amazing! All of my neighbors are now jealous.
