Oleg was very personable, respectful, calm and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was, communicated via text when the part arrived and when he was arriving etc. He followed through on exactly what he said he would do. Excellent service! I will definitely hire him again when another appliance breaks down and I absolutely recommend the company.

Alex was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher literally within seconds of arriving at our house, and he was back to fix it as soon as he got the right part. He was exactly on time to both appointments; one time, we had a 12-4pm window, and he was at the house at 12:01. Throughout, he was courteous and careful. He even refused a tip!! Couldn't have asked for more here. This is an excellent repair company, and I fully recommend their services!!

I contacted Man With a Wrench for a quote on repairing my dryer. Alexander called me back the same day -- on a Saturday! -- to give me some advice about investigating further before he came out. He gave me suggestions about how to check for venting issues without the need for a service call. I really appreciated his honesty and advice! I'll definitely call him if I need any other repairs done.

Having read great reviews, I emailed Man With a Wrench, received a response in less than an hour from Oleg with technician availability - which was next day. Josh came in the next day and completely dismantled our dryer (pretty interesting to see the "inside" of a dryer!) and figured out that the issue was with the motor. He was able to provide a quote for a repair, which even he agreed, that it would be better just to buy a new dryer. Then he went above an beyond and gave us very useful tips on what brands to look for when purchasing and although we have a gas connection, he tested the electrical plug for the dryer in our laundry room (which worked) to confirm that we could purchase either a gas or electric dryer. Then he took a look at our basement, for where we're looking to install another stack washer/dryer, and gave us some tips on what we would need to have it installed. Amazing service for a very reasonable service fee! Although we won't be following through with this repair, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company for any future appliance repairs.

Oleg fixed our nagging dishwasher blockage quickly. He also alerted us to sounds that would suggest other areas of concern (as a future precaution). The company quickly responded to the request for service and was able (in holiday season) to travel to Newmarket within a few days. Oleg would have been even more prompt, but I was not immediately available. (A second closer firm, also highly rated, refused to even give a quote request.) I haven't done a review for years at least , but Oleg's excellent work needs to be acknowledged. I'll be recommending MWAW to family and friends.
