In an emergency I called Alex as of my husbands business water tank was broken. He replied and told me I checked the water tank heater its an old water tank he has to replace it. He told me I am temporary fixing but I will replace new one. He gave me estimate for $3,200.00.The temporary water heater fixing again broken as as he left. I called him again, he said he will charge each visit to come back. I told him ok than replace the new one as soon as
I called Alex to fix our business water tank in an emergency, He came and informed we have to replace the water tank as its an old water tank He came back after 5 days to replace the water tank, and overcharged from his given quote. I asked Alex, why are you overcharging? he said because you guys weee calling me multiple times to fix fast and I dont care what we think about the price you guys have to now pay $ 600.00 extra.
I believe he is money hungry and have very poor social ethical values.
I dont recommend his services, because he is not a trustworthy person.

We contacted Alex on Monday regarding our gas fireplace not starting...not an emergency but an inconvenience. We also needed our gas furnace to be serviced (for the first time in 4 years). We got a call from Jason the next day to make an appointment for Thursday. On Wednesday evening, we discovered the toilet on our main floor was leaking, so we called Alex again. The plumber called and made an appointment for Thursday.
Both services were provided professionally and completely on Thursday. The fireplace now has a remote control with a thermostat and the toilet needed to be replaced after a crack was found in the tank (after 17 years of use).
We have called on Alex many times in the past and have always received prompt and professional attention. His service people are beyond courteous and always leave the workplace cleaner than they found it. We will continue to use and recommend Milton Plumbing and Heating in the future.

Our powder room toilet was running after flushing but worse there was a leak from the flex pipe where it joined at the tank. It was Saturday of this past civic long weekend so I originally thought I'll just turn off the water at the toilet shut off. However, it could not be turned all the way off and the leak was getting worse so I was forced to turn the water shutoff for the whole house off! With kids I could not go for 3 days without any running water so I had no choice but to call Alex at Milton Plumbing and Heating. Although I'm sure he didn't want to have to come out on the long weekend, he arrived within the hour. Alex changed the flex pipe and shut off valve -- turns out the washer was aged and broken which is why it didnt work properly. Although he had to charge for a stat holiday emerge fee, it was better than having to be without water for 3 days! Thank you Alex!
