Stefano is an amazing home inspector! As first-time home buyers, we knew limited information about the home inspection process, the details of the home and any potential "red flags".

He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond! First, he came early to the property to examine the exterior. He allowed us to shadow him so that he could show us what the issues were and how to address them. He took detailed notes, took photos and had a detailed report for us. He answered all of our questions with fulsome explanations during the inspection. He was patient, kind and caring! When we had questions after the inspection for home insurance, we texted him and he called us immediately and provided the answers to us. He really cares about his clients and we are very grateful!!

Stefano was amazing. He just finished our inspection and did a detailed inspection (3 hours) taking his time explaining the house in detail, room by room. We had our report the moment he left the driveway. We liked how he utilized technology (Thermal, Drones etc) and sent pictures instantly for us to review. He also did some small minor repairs which were greatly appreciated.

With COVID he practiced social distancing with gloves, mask's and respected that we had a new born. I can see why his rating is so high!

Stefano was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. He was extremely prompt in replying to my Homestars request for quote, and sent plenty of details in his response - stuff I wouldn't have known to ask about. He was on time for the inspection. And, very very thorough in taking samples, checking for water damage that could be causing mold. He took his time to explain the process and what he was looking for during the inspection. I would hire him again for sure, whether for a pre-purchase inspection or in anticipation of renovations to know if we should be expecting anything yucky behind the walls.
