We were in search of a detailed home inspector and stumbled upon Quantum Home Inspections. We were able to coordinate an appointment with Stefano right away.

The day of the inspection, Stefano arrived early and already surveyed the exterior of the home. Once inside, he took his time to walk us through the defects or areas to pay attention to. He also taught us how to use a lot of the features within the home.

Stefano's report is the one you want if you are doing a home inspection prior to closing a deal. He doesn't just provide you with the positives but he points out all the negatives and areas you would need to fix immediately, a few months, or a few years down the road.

Stefano was excellent. Highly recommended. Very thorough and flagged important issues for us to take care of. Answered our questions during the inspection and gave advice on the next steps we needed to take to fix the issues.

I called Stefano on Wenesday 31 and got the service January 1st. The guy work on holiday and ...that amazing. Very professional and sympathic.
He showed up at 9am knowing the appointment and he started the job before I showed up to open the door.
My house was emptied so he was able to do the job less than 3hrs.

Stefano is a great home inspector! He is so patient and he pays so much details when inspecting my little unit, he explains things to the most granular details and by the end of his inspection his report would be ready! I took my time inspecting the unit when I initially viewed it but he definitely found so many "red flags" that I would never notice, he is so experienced and also checked my appliances too! Would definitely recommend him to everyone I know!
