We purchased a condo townhouse without a home inspection. The property was completed in 2018 so it was relatively new, but once we took possession and started talking to other owners in the complex, we became aware that others had experienced water damage issues in their units and were worried about hidden issues our new home may have. For peace of mind, we decided to hire Stefano to do a home inspection.

Stefano was incredible. He was so thorough and really focused on educating us on various aspects and how to take care of our home (we are first time homeowners). He checked things I didn't even think to check, and answered all of our questions as the inspection was happening. He taught us so much about the home itself and how various things worked that we had no idea about before. All of the issues he identified, he told us how we could go about fixing it. We learned so much from Stefano and his inspection. The inspection was worth every penny, and now we have the peace of mind that our new home is in good condition and are aware of some minor issues we need to repair.

Stefano is an amazing home inspector! As first-time home buyers, we knew limited information about the home inspection process, the details of the home and any potential "red flags".

He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond! First, he came early to the property to examine the exterior. He allowed us to shadow him so that he could show us what the issues were and how to address them. He took detailed notes, took photos and had a detailed report for us. He answered all of our questions with fulsome explanations during the inspection. He was patient, kind and caring! When we had questions after the inspection for home insurance, we texted him and he called us immediately and provided the answers to us. He really cares about his clients and we are very grateful!!
