Was very pleased with service. Called for an inspection of some suspected black mold in our basement. We had our whole house tested and Stefano was very helpful and explain a lot as he went. Answered any questions we had and gave us tips etc.

I hired Stefano for a home inspection on a home I was planning to purchase. Stefano was extremely thorough, he checked every inch of the home, from top to bottom. He was friendly, and professional. He explained everything in simple terms for my husband and I to understand. He found damage in the home in places which other inspectors don’t think to check, and saved us from buying a home that would have cost us tons of money to fix. I was very impressed with Stefano’s professionalism! He was punctual, thorough, and efficient! Best of all, he was so friendly and willing to communicate with the buyer as well as the seller while he worked. My realtor told me that it’s rare to find an inspector who’s willing to communicate to his level! Best inspection money can buy. Thermal imaging, water content, detailed condition report of every nook and cranny. Stefano is knowledgable and urges you to ask more questions throughout the 3 hour long inspection; and he has all the answers.

Stefano was great. He was on time, very professional. Walked us through the whole house showed us what was good and what wasn't. I've had lots of bad experience with other home inspectors and was very happy with Stefano. Also, the report he provided had lots of pictures and was ready for our review before he left the home. Overall, I was very happy and would definitely recommend him.

Stefano was very professional and knowledgable about his work. He arrived to the property early, and leveraged a drone to inspect all heightened areas of the house. He took the time to walk through all areas of the house with us, and was very patient in addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Not only was the on-site visit efficient, Stefano was open to answering our questions several days after the work was complete.
