Think Protection

The equipment used at this company is a disgrace. They also make people wait up to 3 months to receive product they have paid up front for. Mostly any cameras which are also garbage quality.

I rent. This is a package I can take with me when I move. It's wireless so it's approved by the owner. Our system has worked great so far and we're moving in a month. They're not charging any extra for the removal and install at the new location.

The alarm system & app from Think Protect is easy to set up and use, and they offer good customer service phone support.

Good: Price, sensor batteries last long
Bad: User interface is monochrome and not user friendly, cell app needs updating and you need a separate app for camera (why two apps - who knows), alarm is barely audible when it goes off unless you buy extra speaker for $100, camera is a 0 out of 10 - it remotely connects about 20% of the time if not at home - it does not upload to cloud simply stores pics and videos on SD card so if that is removed from the camera there is no evidence, camera is so sensitive it goes off non stop if there is wind, just overall horrible camera.
Overall: Decent system, but interface, camera and ineffective sound from a triggered alarm

Purchased think protection in September 2018. Actually had a home break in since then and think protection was very efficient and helpful. Whenever I call for anything, the wait time is not long and customer service is very good. They now updated their app so that a plus. One complaint is that every time you order another sensor or any additional equipment, you have to pay the shipping fee every time. would be nice if it was only charged the first time and all additional purchases had the shipping fee waived.

We installed a Think Protection security system recently. We are very pleased with the professional help we have received via telephone and online. It appears to be a great system and certainly value for the price.

I have being a customer with think protection over 2 years now.
I like the cost of monitoring fees compare to other companies.
The equipment works good.
They do call u within a couple of minutes if the alarm goes off.
All in all I am achappy customer.

When I found out I needed to install system myself I was a little scared.
The installer on the phone was excellent. Very happy with my alarm.
The price is exceptional with great service

Great system and easy to install. Would recmd the cellular feature if you don’t have realiable wifi. Service is great and very responsive when troubleshooting technical issues. Monthly fee is less then $20

Good value. No wait for tech support on the phone. Quick response from monitoring center. Easy installation. The new app needs a little more polishing but it is an improvement over the previous version.
