Good: Price, sensor batteries last long Bad: User interface is monochrome and not user friendly, cell app needs updating and you need a separate app for camera (why two apps - who knows), alarm is barely audible when it goes off unless you buy extra speaker for $100, camera is a 0 out of 10 - it remotely connects about 20% of the time if not at home - it does not upload to cloud simply stores pics and videos on SD card so if that is removed from the camera there is no evidence, camera is so sensitive it goes off non stop if there is wind, just overall horrible camera. Overall: Decent system, but interface, camera and ineffective sound from a triggered alarm

Thank you for the feedback. I'm not sure which app you are using but please look at upgrading to the latest version - Think Protection+ as it has many features not available in the first version.

Oscar was very professional. Came out to pick up my TV the same day I called and felt he was honest in that he told me the TV was not worth the cost of repair. He then indicated that if I wanted to pick a TV from a retailer (he recommended Panasonic, Sharp and Samsung LCD or LED - not plasma as the technology is being slowly phased out) he could get me a reasonable discount on it. Well he ended up recommending a great Samsung LED TV 50" and the picture is fantastic. He delivered and installed it for me and spent almost an hour on the installation as my PVR (which is old) was having difficulty working with the newer Samsung. In the end he got everything working perfectly. Thanks Oscar!
