Purchased think protection in September 2018. Actually had a home break in since then and think protection was very efficient and helpful. Whenever I call for anything, the wait time is not long and customer service is very good. They now updated their app so that a plus. One complaint is that every time you order another sensor or any additional equipment, you have to pay the shipping fee every time. would be nice if it was only charged the first time and all additional purchases had the shipping fee waived.
