First of all, my mistake was that I bought a Samsung gas range, so don't do that. Then just after 4 months when igniter of one of the stove burner start malfunctioning, Samsung referred this repair company to us, my bad luck. Samsung gas range has design issue with the brass burner on the cook top. The igniter of the burner is far away from the burner body, so it started malfunctioning just after 4 months of purchase.
The repair guy from this company came and didn't do anything. He just advised us to remove the liners and clean it a little. As expected, that didn't work and within a month I had to raise another service request with Samsung. This time this great services company didn't even respond. After 10 days when I phoned Samsung, they told me that they closed the ticket without even calling the customer.
Finally, I had to request Samsung to send someone else to attend this warranty claim.
If you have a choice, I would advise you to stay away from these guys.
