L.A.W.'S Plumbing & Mechanical Services

I hired Laurence in early December to install 2 vessel sinks in 2 bathrooms. On the 12th, he came, installed the sinks (or so I thought), I paid him $340 and he left. Prior to him getting in his truck that very same dame, both sinks started to leak. In late December I paid him additional $192.05 for parts he installed on the 12th and said were needed. He looked at the sinks and said he needed to figure out what parts were needed. Since then, it has been a nightmare trying to get him to fix the sinks. I have taken days off work to wait at home and he has not shown up or even had the decency to call/text. He has given me all types of excuses, including it being his mother's birthday, having to take her to the doctor, having to fix someone's frozen pipes, spraining his ankle, babysitting his sister's children and a family member's death. The parts I paid for are not the correct parts and I can't return them as he bought them with his credit card. He swore they were the right parts and when I proved they were not, he said "well, I guess it was a bad grab". On February 15th, he came to my home, took everything apart, said he was going to find some parts and fix it. Nothing has been fixed. The sinks are not usable. My daughter and I have to use the bathtub or kitchen sink to wash our face and brush our teeth. I am a single mother and work 3 jobs just to make ends meet. Laurence took advantage of me. I treated him like a friend when he was in my home and even served him drinks. It is going to take me months to come up with the money needed to get the work done. Laurence has refused to return my calls, fix the sinks or return my money. Please be wary of Laurence.

I have never had to call a plumber before, my co worker referred me to laws plumbing since I was renovating my kitchen. He came over within a few hours was very informative and after getting his quote, I decided to go with him for the work. He showed up the next day and got to work right away answering every question I had along the way. Everything was done very professionally. I will use him again for any future jobs.

Laurence was a very easy person to work with. He was friendly, professional, and wasted no time getting the job done. He had to fix a leaking pipe behind the walls of my shower in a condominium and install a new shower. i would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done and i will be calling him again for any future work i need done.

We had just moved into our new home and noticed a leak in the basement. We called a plumber who fixed something in the basement after he left we noticed the leak was not fixed. We called Laurence from LAW'S plumbing who found there was 2 leaks coming from the kitchen sink and under the dishwasher. He re piped under the kitchen sink and replaced the drain hose on the dishwasher. He was professional, polite, took the time to answer every question my wife and I had and most importantly got the job done right ! I would highly recommend LAW'S plumbing.

Had a leak in my dining room ceiling that seamed to get worse over time. I called Laurence from LAW's Plumbing and he came within an hour.
I was sceptical about calling in a "Plumber" cause I have heard horror stories of how some small plumbing issues can turn into thousands of dollars on repairs.
After waiting until the matter got worse n worse a neighbour highly recommended LAW's plumbing.
Guess what... Laurence was not only professional, knowledgeable and extremely likeable, he was able to diagnose, resolve the issue AND even leave my 2nd floor bathroom even cleaner than when he arrived.
And best of all it only cost me a couple hundred dollars !
I will definitely call LAW's plumbing again and will most certainly recommend them also !
