After realizing that no one wants a free very old and not tuned piano these days, I needed to dispose of this dinosaur. I reached out to several companies but Hercules was the only one that asked the right questions and price was excellent. Two men from your company were able to remove this in less than 1 hour, wrapped and gently removed in 30 degree heat. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend Hercules to anyone needing to move.

Hercules movers were prompt, courteous, efficient. The team followed my instructions for set up, and made sure all items were included and well wrapped. Many of my items are heavy antiques and there was no damage.
I would recommend this company and I would use them again.

Had an amazing experience with Hercules. Four men came and worked their BUTTS OFF in 30 degree weather to get all completed on time.
They wrapped all the delicate pieces with blankets and did not damage a thing.

They were THREE days late (but did not communicate with us). They were DISHONEST about a truck being broken down (one of the movers let the truth slip). Days after our scheduled move-in day, they would not allow us to hire our own truck and move our own stuff. The nightmare continues...

We just had another successful school move with Hercules Movers. These are massive moves, spanning many days. Each day went well, and we finished up ahead of schedule. All the workers were cordial, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I have another move planned with Hercules, and would use them whenever else we have need.

Hercules Moving company are exactly what we were looking for in a professional moving company. I would recommend and rehire them again without question. we were moving from a 3 storey townhouse with a lot of stairs to a detached home; with a 1 year old baby. they came prepared with all the right equipment and extra tools necessary to help with our move, disassembling furniture and wrapping items. they worked quickly and very well organized. there were no damages, scratches or any other issues we encountered which was really important for us in both our old and new home.

This is the 2nd time we used the Hercules Moving Company and we will use them again! The 3 guys who helped us move (John, Radim & Ari) worked very hard to get us moved quickly from one place to another, they were professional, courteous & had all the skills necessary to dismantle & put back together all the furniture we had to move. We had to relocate from Guelph to Toronto during the initial outbreak of COVID-19, and I cannot say enough how amazing the crew and staff were at handling our concerns. My wife is pregnant so we needed as "zero-contact" as possible move of our home in Guelph to our new home in Toronto. When the crew arrived in safety gear (masks and gloves) it was very assuring. As I squared away the details for the move with one of the crew, the others started working right away. They were very attentive in respecting both homes as they moved out of our old one and in to our new one. They took care in ensuring that mats were laid out, and that they didn't bang into any corners. A difficult task to be sure given our narrow hallways! The move was also very fast (in my opinion anyways), and their rates are highly competitive for the quality of service we received. This was the first time I have ever hired professional movers in 42 moves. I can't thank Hercules enough for making my first experience with movers such an amazing one!! I thank you, my wife thanks you and my back thanks you!!! You guys are the best!!!!
