These guys were recommended to me by friends who have used them and I must say that they did not disappoint. They were amazing professional and super efficient. No wasting time, no taking a “break“, they were on point. Disassembled and reassembled my furniture and even fixed my daughter’s bed that was broken. They went the extra mile! Would use them any day!

These guys were fantastic! Professional, careful, honest, and very diligent. They completed a move out of a warehouse/office space as well as some heavy home furniture relocations. The administration was organized and responsive in scheduling my move and answering preliminary questions. On moving day, the movers paid great attention and were careful yet quick in getting everything done in a timely manner and according to my direction. And friendly! Very happy with this service.

3 month after the move, I received no payment from insurance claim for items they broke. I had no recourse but to write a factual review to warn netizens of bad experience. Then I received an email threatening me that they will withhold payment (that I’m entitled to) if I don’t take down the review. I feel obliged as a social responsibility to share how fabricated threats to customer is apparently their standard on customer service.

If truthful negative online review = withhold payment of a insurance the customer purchased, will an untruthful positive review be okay in their mind?

I paid for the full value insurance. I an entitled to the insurance claim. The payment transaction does not prelude a review of the customer experience.

They did an excellent job with a move. Very professionally done at a reasonable cost compared with other quotes. On time and very efficient. Will use again and would recommend.

Hired Hercules to move some couches into my basement. The guys were excellent. Very quick and careful. No wall dings or scratches. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to leave the heavy lifting to someone else.

I used Hercules Moving Company last March 2019. I forgot to add feedback as I got busy unpacking. Just recommended Hercules to another friend. Hercules movers were amazing. We didn't have a typical move and there were 4 stops to get us into our new home and the price was very fair for all they did. The movers protected all of our belongings very well and were fast, efficient and professional.

My moving day with Hercules did not start out very well. The truck did not show up at the designated time. After a phone call, I was told there was a problem with the truck that was coming to me. After almost 3 hours wait the truck finally showed up but with 4 movers instead of the 3 that I was promised. They worked quickly and were extremely efficient! Despite the delay in the move, Hercules did a great job and moved all my belongings efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend them for anyone that wants a moving job well done!

Hercules moved our us from Mississauga to Milton. The move went exceptionally well. It was on time and everything was handled with care. The price was in full compliance with the quote. We have no hesitation in recommending Hercules to anyone requiring a move. They are tops!
