We had to relocate from Guelph to Toronto during the initial outbreak of COVID-19, and I cannot say enough how amazing the crew and staff were at handling our concerns. My wife is pregnant so we needed as "zero-contact" as possible move of our home in Guelph to our new home in Toronto. When the crew arrived in safety gear (masks and gloves) it was very assuring. As I squared away the details for the move with one of the crew, the others started working right away. They were very attentive in respecting both homes as they moved out of our old one and in to our new one. They took care in ensuring that mats were laid out, and that they didn't bang into any corners. A difficult task to be sure given our narrow hallways! The move was also very fast (in my opinion anyways), and their rates are highly competitive for the quality of service we received. This was the first time I have ever hired professional movers in 42 moves. I can't thank Hercules enough for making my first experience with movers such an amazing one!! I thank you, my wife thanks you and my back thanks you!!! You guys are the best!!!!
