Starting with the initial estimate by Ryan to the instal, no nonsense. Do your reasearch , it helps them and you. Instal crew ( Tim and Brandon), despite having a long day already were upbeat, orginized and did not cut corners. Very professional young men. On completion we were shown and explained what was done, how the new thermostat would work along with basic care of the unit. Based on our experience, no hesitation recomending Furnace Solutions!
P.S. People, when hot ouside feed these guys ice water! They're good but still only human.

Installation was quick and easy. Although I had some issues with freezing up Ryan and his team were right there to look after it. Hats off to these guys had to change my coil and they showed up in the evening and didn't leave until almost midnight making sure that everything was running perfect. I found this company on Homestars and read the reviews and was impressed with reviews. Scott came out gave a quote and found the best spot to place the A/C Unit. Furnace Solutions had the best price and warranty for the product compared to the other 2 companies that came out and gave quotes.

Tim and Brandon came out on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job. I have a home that was built in the 1940's so it was not the easiest install. The guys had to work through a crawl space to do the work. Great job everyone! I will be calling in the future for any other work that I need and also recommending their services to others. On time, on budget, no surprises. Efficient, friendly and willing to answer any questions I came up with.

Our home air conditioners were blowing tempered air (rahter than cold), I went on line and found a couple of Hvac companies that did service work, Furnace Solutions had a 9.9/10 rating on one of the sites that I visited so I gave them a call. Scott was able to come out a couple of days later to have a look at our A/C units. Scott and I discussed what was happening with the A/C and he checked our 2 units out, he found that they both needed a freon re-charge. He had them charged and was on his way in about an hour. He answered all of my questions and provided a few tips on future maintenance,was very professional and knowledgeable. There rates appear to be in line with other Hvac service companies. I would contact them again for future service and I would recommend them to others as well.

We had a factory problem with the fist ac unit that was installed but it was promptly replaced. They followed up to make sure that all aspects of the installation were completed to our satisfaction as they said they would. Initially, I thought that promise may just be a sales pitch but these guys lived up to it - how refreshing is that! The installers were very courteous and respectful. I can' t recommend this firm highly enough.

The installers were on time, did a good install and did the little extra's that I asked them to do at no cost or complaint. I have zoned heating/cooling and after testing the install my zonefirst control module would shut down the A/C unit. This was on a friday at 5 PM and the installers were gone for a good hour or so. I gave Ryan the service manager a call to get it fixed and he said, no problem, we will send out a technician. In the end of it all he was the one that came out and fixed the problem which really wasn't part of their install but needed for the A/C system to function properly. Well done and finally a company bringing SERVICE back to us consumers. Thanks to Ryan my installers and furnace solutions.
