The morning began by receiving a call from Jon indicating they were at the shop and gathering supplies and should be at my home between 30 to 60 mins. They called to give a heads up. I really appreciated that as it did not leave me waiting at home guessing whether or not they were on the way. Jon and Matt showed up on time and was great to deal with. They asked for my feedback and provided recommendations on the location where the Garage heater and A/C unit should be installed. Ryan, the sales consultant stopped by very shortly to check in with me to see how things were going and to ensure that everyone was on the same page according to my needs. It's a breath of fresh air to see a sales person stop by again to check in as normally you would only see the sales person during the quoting stage only. The duo finished installing the Garage heater in a timely manner. As for the A/C install, i knew that it was going to be a tougher task than a standard A/C install. The guys had open communication to discuss how they were going to tackle the install and did an awesome job. They did not rush even though one of the guys had another appointment right after in the evening. They took their time to ensure attention to details. During the whole install, the guys let me be around to watch them and answered all my questions and concerns that came up. Not only did they provide an answer, they provided an explanation and the reasoning for the things they were doing to ensure that i understand what was going on. It felt like a crash course session on how to install both units. I learned a tone and it was enjoyable! When the install was done, they cleaned up after themselves which made me very happy as i have experienced numerous contractors that have completed work in my home and leave without cleaning up. A complete walk through was done to ensure that i understood how to use both units and insisted to call them if i have any concerns or issues with the units. I am a very picky person so i wanted the install of the units to be SECURED as possible even if they have to use MORE mounting materials. THEY met my needs!
Prior to this install, i never knew Furnace solutions existed. I was debating between two other well known competitors and was about to sign off and then i stumbled upon Furnace solutions at the Home and Garden show a month ago. As soon as i had the first consultation meeting with Ryan, i knew that i had my decision made. Ryan was very professional and understanding during the whole consultation process. My home is not fully landscaped so there was lots of mud after a full week of rain. Of the 5 different consultants that came in, Ryan was the only person that went into the mud without hesitation to get an understanding of my rough-in A/C set up and looked where my A/C unit should be installed given the current location due to issues found on the builders mistake when they did rough-in. I had further questions the next day and Ryan came back in the evening to answer them.
From the beginning of the consultation meeting to the install, I have been very happy dealing with Ryan, Matt and John from Furnace Solutions. From my experience, a business really lives up to the expectations when issues arise. I cross my fingers that no issues will occur after the install and as well during the unit's life duration however if issues arise, I hope that Furnace Solution will provide the same exceptional service as i received during the consultation and installation stages. This what makes a business truly stand out from it's competitors. All in all, i will not hesitate to recommend this Furnace Solutions as it was a 3 month process for me to finally make a decision.
