My furnace broke down so I went online looking for a good company to help. Furnace Solutions had incredible ratings so I called them. They came promptly and fixed my furnace. Scott was my technician, he is also the poster boy for Furnace Solutions, I thought that was funny, I joked about getting his autograph and asked him if he receives royalties for being the face of Furnace Solution. We both laughed, Scott is a funny, smart and all around nice guy. He answered all my questions about new furnaces and made this experience a lot of fun (other than the bill, which was reasonable). I totally recommend this company and if you are lucky you just might get Scott “the mascot”. Thanks for fixing my furnace and giving me back heat!

Furnace started to blow air which had a burning smell. Called around 7am, contractor came a couple hours later, which was great. The blower motor in furnace was replaced, work completed same day. It is nice to have functional furnace again in the winter. Contractor was professional and friendly. Would recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company for all your furnace needs. My furnace pump was leaking and tech, Marty, checked the pump, fixed the leak and answered all my questions (didn’t try to sell me a new pump). Marty also checked my furnace and gave me me some great advice.

Solid diagnostics

I had a furnace that kept shutting off and getting locked out during the recent cold snap. Right from the first call they helped me over the phone to realize that I needed a diagnostic. The tech was great checking all the connections and tweaking as needed to make sure it wouldn't shut down. So far so good. Excellent job.
