The price i I put is somewhat approximate. The work they did was excellent done very quick and I had confidence that they could take on any task or anything they came up against. Highly recommend them

HB pools has excellent service, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a new pool liner installed, the price they quoted, was the price I paid. They did a extremely thorough job (pool walls cleaned meticulously, all cracks were filled it looked like a new pool). They promptly returned to remove one small wrinkle in the new liner, and assisted with removal of a jammed inlet eye (at closing) at no additional cost. This company company does not nickel and dime the customer they are looking to have long term customers.

Disappointing experience. My husband passed and always looked after our pool. A friend told me about HB Pools so I got them to close my pool. Do not make the mistake I did. Look at their website before booking to get an idea of the cost. They sold me a duck plug system ( 2 plugs and a pipe in the skimmer) for 75$ I wanted my lights removed, they would not remove them and they sunk them to the bottom of the pool with weights and charged me 10$ per weight. They put a jug of antifreeze with a weight on it in my stairs and that was another 20$ The 75$ duck plug system also requires foam in the skimmer which was another $20. My salt cell also needed cleaning. I provided the salt cell cleaning solution and they charged me 15$ for that. I understand them charging me extra if they had to wait for the cell to be clean but it was in the solution as they were putting my safety cover on. So the charge of $425+HST to close my pool turned out to be closer to $600.

I have called other companies in my area that service pools afterwards to compare prices and they are no where near the cost HB Pools charges.

Amazing work so far! Cant wait to see the end result. We enjoyed watching our end of day update video on YouTube.

I have a leak in my inground pool
When I approached hb pools for help, I got a prompt appointment and a very helpful and pleasant employee s who scanned the pool liner and plugged the drain at the bottom of the pool.
The likely cause may be the liner itself at the deep end.
If it the liner then I will go with this company to change the liner
I feel I can trust them to do a good job
In addition, they have very pleasant staff and employees

HB pools came and redid my pool liner and replaced some of my outdated pool equipment. They were prompt and professional. Great work ethic. Knowledgeable and efficient. And they are prompt with delivery! My liner was gone and the empty pool was power washed in a day. Then had a brand new salt chlorinator and sand filter installed with all new plumbing installed on another day. Then had them come in on the hottest, most humid day of the year to do sanding and grout work, install my beautiful new liner and fill it with water in one day. We were able to go swimming in record time. Thank you for my beautiful pool. We are getting great comments about how great the water feels and how beautiful the pool is. We love it!

It was an emotional rollercoaster securing the right contractor for such an important renovation but HP pools keeps you doubting less and understanding more. Great communication and experienced staff makes this company my go-to. Highly recommend!!!

HB pools has done our pool openings and closings twice now. Im very satisfied with the service. I like how they take care of the pool independently and send a video afterwards describing the work done.
