Before And After Renovations

Earlier this year, I had a flood in my basement and needed to have the whole floor replaced, along with some of the drywall. In addition, my stairs need to be redone to match the new flooring I had installed. I called Xander, and he was very professional in every aspect of this job. He was able to articulate all my options, along with a clear idea of how much each option would cost. This is unlike some other people I dealt with who would only give me a quote on the cheapest materials and then disappoint me when I asked for another option (of course being more expensive!). Xander was at my house exactly when he said he would be, and worked really hard to get the project done successfully AND on time. I will definitely call him again if I need something else done….I’m very pleased with the outcome!

I had a great experience with Before and After Renovations. I got what looks like a $35,000 kitchen reno for $23,000. Xander is young and full of energy and ideas. I consider him to be a contractor AND an interior designer. I left the main design and layouts decisions to him and he came back with a better product than I could ever fathom. The craftmanship is impeccable. Xander truly goes above and beyond.

This included counselling with Xander's knowledge of which things it was wiser to spend money on and which elements could be done more frugally.

Xander's keen and creative design sense helped me with the over whelming choices for a vanity, tiling and even complimentary paint colours. He's easy to work with, honest and insghtful about how the project fit into the rest of my home and my budget

I get compliments on my bathroom from my guests and am eager to do another room. Great customer service, amazing quality and value, and I look forward to my next project with Before and After Renovations!
