I had a great experience with Before and After Renovations. I got what looks like a $35,000 kitchen reno for $23,000. Xander is young and full of energy and ideas. I consider him to be a contractor AND an interior designer. I left the main design and layouts decisions to him and he came back with a better product than I could ever fathom. The craftmanship is impeccable. Xander truly goes above and beyond.
Drain replacement due to tree root infestation, Lead Service replaced
We found out during a home inspection that tree roots were infiltrating a part of the exterior drain. After dealing with 3 other companies who either quoted without even looking at the infestation or tried to sell us products that we didn't need (one company tried to tell us that our interior drain should be replaced as it was clay when it was, in fact, already plastic!!!), we were so relieved to meet Mike Dunn. Everything about the service was top-notch: from the initial quote to making sure that everything was cleaned up after the excavation and replacement were done. What a relief! Mike went above and beyond for us and he will for you too. He clearly took us through the entire process including how to get $2000 back from the Drain Grant Program at the City of Toronto. He even fixed one of our toilets pro bono! Don't waste your time with others who don't show up when they say they will, try to rip you off or treat your home with disrespect - call DrainWorks! We wish we had from the very start.
