Earlier this year, I had a flood in my basement and needed to have the whole floor replaced, along with some of the drywall. In addition, my stairs need to be redone to match the new flooring I had installed. I called Xander, and he was very professional in every aspect of this job. He was able to articulate all my options, along with a clear idea of how much each option would cost. This is unlike some other people I dealt with who would only give me a quote on the cheapest materials and then disappoint me when I asked for another option (of course being more expensive!). Xander was at my house exactly when he said he would be, and worked really hard to get the project done successfully AND on time. I will definitely call him again if I need something else done….I’m very pleased with the outcome!

I would recommend Kurt and his team anytime. I moved into my house two years ago, and the backyard was a complete mess. It had been unattended to for quite some time, and needed a major overhaul. As I live in a corner house, my backyard is actually facing the street, and previously had a chain link fence (hampering any kind of privacy most people enjoy while in their own backyard). The back patio consisted of cracked cement slabs with overgrown weeds. I called Kurt and he had some great ideas on how to proceed. He researched bylaws for my fence, and presented a competitive quote to do the work. He started the project much earlier than anticipated, and completed the whole thing in a week (he completed the back patio, fence, driveway and a small walkway). He stayed on budget, was flexible when I asked for changes, and paid attention to detail. I’m so pleased with the outcome that I plan on asking them to do my next project, too.
