They saved the day!

I had a very rusty cast iron pipe that had a giant hole splashing wastewater back into the basement.

As soon as I found it, I called and they were at my house on a Friday afternoon in about 20 minutes!

I was so nervous that it was going to be a bank breaking repair stretching into the following week. The guys had the pipe fixed and ready to go before 5pm and I was able to enjoy a nice friday afternoon cocktail!

Fast, friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, polite!

I was blown away!

Had Lee and his crew in a couple of times for water softener & sump and also some rad work with my boiler.

Super knowledgeable, fair prices and high quality work. Highly recommend if you're in the Cambridge, KW area.

TERRIBLE !!!!!
Do not contact them !!! Abusive part price, they tell you only after intalled. Take much more time than needed.

On the phone they told me it necessary at maximum 2 hours, but takes 3.5 hours to do a simple installation.

A simple part you pay cents they charge more than $20.00

we left this review up to show the general public what things are like sometimes for those in the trades business.

On this particular job, we quoted the customer $200 plus the price of parts. The customer agreed to this price. When we arrived, we noticed there were several issues that needed repair. The parts cost us $140. The job total came to roughly $340 (not including taxes)

Prior to presenting the final invoice, our technician noticed that the water softener had a leak and we spent time fixing that as well. This was included free of charge!

Even with the free service waived, the customer strongly believed that they shouldn't have to pay for parts. We should include them free of charge. This is simply not fair or reasonable to assume that we can provide free parts to our clients.

We were very disappointed to learn that this customer behaved less-than-kind to our young and capable employee. We provided quality workmanship, great parts and installation, provided an extra free hour of service and you felt you shouldn't have to pay - an amount that you agreed upon.

We went back the next day when this review went up and explained how our business works. The customer understood that they were being unreasonable and apologized about the incident.

We're happy we could help and that we could come to an understanding about our business and the relationship we expect to have with our customers.

We have used Chasles Plumbing twice now. Both times Lee has been on time, given excellent customer service and fixed what needed to be done quickly and professional and is reasonably priced. I will use Lee for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to my friends and family. It's comforting to know there are still honest and hardworking tradesmen that you can count on.

Being in the 24/7 industry, it is tough to find people who are prompt, trustworthy, courteous and professional.
