Dimitri has been keeping my 28 yr old furnace working for the last few years but it finally died as did my old hot water tank. He spent a lot of time with me advising on new ones and why they would meet our needs and life style. It did not take me long to determine that he had the best suggestions and the quote he gave me was so reasonable that I did not hesitate to give Heatmaster Services the work. He and Ian showed up on the appointed date and did great work. Can not say enough good things about Heatmaster Services.

A few years ago in a cold February we came home to a house with no heat and it was -30 outside. We were desperate but could not get anyone to come for days. By a fluke one place I called hooked me up with Dimitri and knowing our situation came that night even though he was exhausted from his other calls. That is Heatmaster Services.

Having used Heatmaster before, I immediately called Dmetri. The tank feeding my in floor heating system needed to be replaced. It was leaking on the floor. Dmitri, the owner left another job and quickly came over. He drained the tank and by passed it to our second working tank. This allowed us to maintain hot water while he ordered a replacement.
Arrived on time with the replacement and installed it quickly. He and his assistant left our home spotless and took the old tank and packing materials with them. I thank Dmetri and his assistant for their quick and professional work.

When I noticed that my furnace wasn’t running very efficiently, continuously going off and on, I got a hold of Dmitri. He was very quick at addressing the issue and showed me what I could do in the future and things to watch for. I like that I can be more proactive. He is so warm and caring and I love recommending him to all of my friends. They are grateful for his excellent service also!

Absolutely amazing service. I woke up this morning to a cold house due to a furnace failure. Literally within 2.5 hours after my call my furnace was inspected and repaired with a new motor at a very reasonable cost. Dmitri and Ian were very professional and efficient addressing my concerns. Ian thoroughly explained my repair options and future considerations as I have a 30+ year old furnace - absolutely no pressure. I will be needing a new hot water tank soon and definitely will call heatmaster for all my future hvac needs. Very pleased!
