They replaced an aging furnace and leaking hot water tank. We called Wednesday PM, had our quote Thursday, and the install was done on Monday. We said it wan't urgent, and I believe they would have done it earlier if necessary. Dimetri and two men started about 11:00 and had the entire job done by 5:00; they were a pleasure to have in the house. They installed the hIgh-efficiency furnace, good hot water tank and flue liner, with a new thermostat. And the appropriate city construction permit was obtained. There was absolutely NO upselling during quoting and installation, or "surprises" afterwards. On budget and on time. The old gear was trucked away, site cleared up, and all work was done very professionally. I called about a month later with a question, within 5 minutes Dimitri returned the call offering to come over and take a look. There was no need, as the job had been done properly the first time! I am 100% satisfied with the equipment, installation, interactions, and cost. Call this an unreserved recommendation. We will call on them again should the need arise.

Was able to come out the day after I called. Had the parts and did a great repair on the first trip. Very personable, competent, efficient, and reasonably priced. Will definitely call on them next time!

Needed to do repairs and install on old dishwasher etc. Nobody else, that I found, had the parts, expertise, and interest to figure out what would work. Two different occasions--same satis faction. Going bacK this week looking for another obscure part. They were great!
