I have consulted Dmitri on both the possible installation of A/C and furnace replacement in my Calgary condo. He did a complementary inspection of my 28 year old furnace and indicated that it is still in good working condition. Overall excellent and friendly service. He even made some adjustments to my furnace panels to make them fit better. I am very pleased and he will be the first person for me to call if I need HVAC service.

Furnace draft inducer gave up and couldn't find the parts anywhere. Decided it may be time for a new furnace, but after getting a couple quotes, Dmitri came over (originally to quote a new furnace) and told me it was not required, helped me locate the parts which I purchased and he came back to install for a song.

Excellent service, honest, helpful and even spent some time educating me on some of the operational stuff on my furnace and humidifier.

They replaced an aging furnace and leaking hot water tank. We called Wednesday PM, had our quote Thursday, and the install was done on Monday. We said it wan't urgent, and I believe they would have done it earlier if necessary.

Dimetri and two men started about 11:00 and had the entire job done by 5:00; they were a pleasure to have in the house. They installed the hIgh-efficiency furnace, good hot water tank and flue liner, with a new thermostat. And the appropriate city construction permit was obtained. There was absolutely NO upselling during quoting and installation, or "surprises" afterwards. On budget and on time.

The old gear was trucked away, site cleared up, and all work was done very professionally.

I called about a month later with a question, within 5 minutes Dimitri returned the call offering to come over and take a look. There was no need, as the job had been done properly the first time!

I am 100% satisfied with the equipment, installation, interactions, and cost. Call this an unreserved recommendation. We will call on them again should the need arise.

This team of 3 (including Dmitri, the owner who also bid the job) arrived when expected, completed the removal of our old furnace and installed the new Ducane 96% high efficiency furnace and all associated vents, piping, pumps, chimney liner, etc in an efficient and professional manner and all done by 5PM (as promised). They took time to explain any questions I had and provided me with warranty info as well as Info regarding future service requirements. We've only had this new furnace for a week now but it has really impressed us so far. We like the variable speed blower (our old blower was either full on or off). This furnace just feels like a high quality product, but it comes with a great warranty if we have any issues. With nat gas prices soaring, we're hopeful to achieve some savings on our future bills over our old, way less efficient furnace.

My in-laws furnace stopped working on New year night with extreme cold weather. Heatmaster Services showed up within 30min of our call and was able to set them up with temp heating to carry them through the night and they returned first thing in the morning with the required parts and was able to fix everything with no issue. Was very knowledgeable and service was great!!

My furnace stopped working and I called the technician and he was here within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part and fixed the furnace. The price was very reasonable and we have heat.

Dmitri has had to service our old furnace a few times in the last couple of years. I always expect he will say, "sorry but it needs to be replaced". Surprisingly, he has kept this old furnace going by repairing and cleaning and tightening different parts. Im grateful for another day without the huge expense of replacing the furnace! Thanks Dmitri. Always professional, always pleasant.
