The quality of service was exceptional. We received straight to the point but very insightful explanation of what it takes to have the air conditioner installed and how it would be operating with specifics of our house. None of the other installers (and I have contacted many) offered such information. I really appreciated how detailed consideration was given to the design of our house, its heating and ventilation systems. From all the shopping around and price checking I have completed Heatmaster was without a doubt the best option and definitely the contact I would recommend.

Dmitri and his partner and helper came out to take out our old furnace, and installed a new furnace and humidifier for us. I found the cost very reasonable. They did an amazing job, very neat and tidy, super happy with the work they did for us, and would highly recommend, if you ever need any of this type of work done. Dmitri and his team came to install our brand new furnace and air conditioner in the fall of 2022. They were awesome installing everything in a timely manner and very efficient they left everything clean as it was before. They went through everything and explained what everything was and our furnace worked awesome in the winter. Dmitri came today to set up and start up our air conditioner for the first time for us. He was very efficient and very patient and explained everything nicely with me as it was our first air conditioner install. We highly recommend Dmitri and his team from HeatMaster services.

Dmitri is the best. I am a widow and a senior and he has done work for me a few times over the last 5-6 years. He has installed a hot water tank, done repairs to my ageing 30 year old furnace and maintained it . He is always honest and professional and I can totally trust him to only do work thats needed and give me quality advice. Its hard to find a business I can trust. Dmitri is true to his word and is very good at what he does and fairly priced. I know I can sleep soundly at night knowing my homes furnace etc is well maintained and working properly.

I initially called Heatmaster to give me a quote for the replacement of two furnaces because the circuit board was gone on one of the furnaces. He (Dmitri and the owner) said I could replace the furnace(s) or repair the broken one. His price was for repairing the furnace was 60% of what I had been quoted by the firm that had initially diagnosed the problem. He used brand new genuine Lennox parts. His service was excellent and prompt. Id highly recommend him.

I called these guys in the morning as my furnace was acting up. as I was so scared to find myself in a cold house with no support or getting another suggestion "just replace the whole furnace"!

Happy to share that these guys listened to me attentively and immediately provided with some quick solutions. In the early afternoon a master was already at my place. He has checked my furnace thoroughly, explained to me in understandable terms all technical details and processes, and instructed what to do in case the glitch returns.

Heatmasters is reliable, fast, professional and very knowledgeable in the services they provide. We had out air conditioner purchased and installed by heatmasters this summer, and we couldnt be more satisfied. On top of that, our hot water tank stopped working yesterday, and within a few hours, heatmasters came by and fixed the issue, despite it being -20 degrees outside and with bad road conditions.
