Our 21yr old furnace recently failed and had Heatmasters out to diagnose the issue. They gave us two very reasonable cost alternatives to either repair or replace the unit. At our choice, Dimitri, Gene and Ian had a new high efficiency furnace installed within 48hrs. The level of service we received far exceeded our expectations. They were all extremely professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. They treat your home as if it was their own.

We had them out on a subsequent occasion to replace an older humidifier and once again were more than satisfied with the quality service experience we had. We will call Heatmasters first for any future HVAC related services.

I have known Dmitry for several years as a reliable, responsive person and as a high-level professional. He can always give useful advice, as well as quickly fix problems that can not be fixed by specialists from other companies. We recently moved into a house that had a new furnace which had been installed by Heatmaster. During a cold snap we discovered it wasn't quite heating properly, at which point I contacted Dmitri for service. They were at our house a few hours later to diagnose the problem, and when the initial fix didn't do the trick, they came back the next day to complete the repair.

As the furnace is still under warranty we only had to pay a reasonable service fee, and everything else was covered. I was very impressed with their quick response time and friendly, knowledgeable service. I would certainly use Heatmaster again!

After having been upsold by a major furnace company that had performed furnace inspection, Dmitri provided a second opinion and laid out the best course of action saving thousands of dollars, by advising to have the part replaced under the warranty that is still valid, which was never suggested by the big company whose goal was to simply sell a new furnace. They were very easy to deal with and have showed their commitment by walking me through every step and piece of equipment that they deal with, as well as educating me on how the furnaces work. I did wait a couple of months prior giving this review as I wanted to see how their product performs and I can't express how pleased I am with the new furnace and the work that they did!
