Had no heat from furnace. Called and got an appointment next morning (Sunday) from 8-12 tech came out (Aaron S). He diagnosed the problem in short order as being likely the VENTOR MOTOR which is not a cheap item ($800 approx). As the one in the unit was starting to fail and due to not enough pressure caused the gas flow regulator? to stop flowing gas, and not light the pilot. So Jason went back to the shop (as don't carry on the vehicles understandably) and said would be back in about 1 1/2 hours, which he was and replaced the defective part in short order and heat was back on toasty warm!!!! We had the maitinence plan and it was covered!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY PAID for itself A FEW YEARS OVER!!! Aaron was very knowledgeable and answered all my inquiries quickly and accurately and was very professional!! He is the reason I would stay with Direct Energy and recommend to anyone looking for services they provide. Hands down the best experiences I've had dealing with a larger company and with any furnace dealer/gas company at all. I highly recommend Direct Energy to anyone looking for services. After sales you will not be disappointed.

asked for quotes for furnace and ac replacement. could only get quotes after several visits from salesman, not by email ...wasting my time. costs extremely high for comparable products but decided to go with company because of reputation and size.Cannot recommend service or customer responsiveness as customer service was poor and not tuned to our needs and availability and installation was very poor with late set-up and contractor having to return following day for parts missed on day 1

Furnace was not working, it was cold that night. Direct Energy came within the timed appointment. Couldn't repair it then, told us that D.E. will call when part is ready. Came back the following day and fixed it. Apparently it was the circuit board.

Service was very seamless from the initial appointment call to the completion of the on site service call. Very professional and courtious. Excellent plan to have in place, if one owns a late model High Efficiency furnace. Parts can be expensive.

they charged two water heaters in my new home when I only have one. They came back to assess my home and confirmed I only have 1 water heater. I'm Still waiting for my credits back 5 months later!

our fern ice was broken over Christmas day.We called the company to come over and fix it because there is a young child in the house.It took them more than 24 hours to come to our house although they are supposed to come within 2 hours.They also did not respect the fact that there is a child in the house.

Happy with the employee however there was some wrong doing with the packaging. The skew number was fine but product inside was different. They said 2-3 weeks but it took 4-6. Like I said great service horrible product.

I needed to set up central air in a 130 year old house. Enbridge sent a sales person who really knew his products and was able to help me choos the right product for my house and furnace size. He had an installer to me the next day and followed up with a phone call.

When a regular inspection and maintenance call by technician Mr. Cook
revealed that my 37 yr. old furnace was hazardous, and my air conditioning was on its last legs, he immediately sent out a sales rep who quickly arranged a purchase and installation of new equipment.
Not only do I feel safe knowing that a potential disaster could have resulted from a hazardous furnace, but I look forward to heating and "greening" my home with a new energy-saving system. Direct Energy not only saved the day, but also the future of my home comfort.

Discovered leak in furnace room, called Direct Energy,had appointment within 12 hrs.Leak was repaired,service man found that I needed a newer part for furnace,returned within 2 days to replace,no charge all under my contract.
