He was quick to reply and came out to my house within a few days to take his measurements and worked quickly on the design. He even made suggestions to my initial designs that would better utilize the space in my backyard. Also checked with the City of Markham regarding zoning restrictions and when I was satisfied with the drawings, he applied for the permit on my behalf which saved a ton of time.
