Contacted Roberto to help with my deck drawings so that I could get a permit. He was quick to reply and came out to my house within a few days to take his measurements and worked quickly on the design. He even made suggestions to my initial designs that would better utilize the space in my backyard. Also checked with the City of Markham regarding zoning restrictions and when I was satisfied with the drawings, he applied for the permit on my behalf which saved a ton of time.
Would definitely recommend Roberto as he was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. The best part was the frequent communication so you're never left in the dark wondering what is happening on the project.
