We had Valente Cad Studio prepare the Permit drawings to build a 12 x 12’ deck for us. Roberto was our contact person. He made us highly aware of the zoning limitations and code compliance issues during the permit process. We are very indecisive and Roberto was very patient! His expertise and professionalism won us over. His quote was competitive (we had two others) and he showed patience and professionalism during the negotiation process. Anytime we had a question through the process of designing and building the deck, Roberto was quick to respond and thoroughly answered all our questions.
