We hired Valente Cad Studio to prepare the permit and plans for our deck. Roberto did the drawings for us and prepared all of the required forms. He was knowledgable about the code requirements and familiar with zoning rules. He was able to meet with us after work the same day we called. We discussed design and price and after receiving a quote we decided to go with him. He came to our home to take measurements within two days and delivered the drawings after a few days. Roberto was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the permit process. We received our permit and are very satisfied with Roberto's service. We have already recommended him to our friends and family.
