It was a pleasure working with Saba and her team. We had interviewed several companies prior and upon meeting Saba, we immediately knew we would be happy with the outcome.

During our first meeting, she listened to our wish list, walked through our home and provided ideas that we hadn’t thought of. We were always on the same page about style and functionality of our home. She requested shared Houzz and Pinterest boards so she could really understand what we were hoping for. She was also up front about the various costs we would incur throughout the process.

During the drawing and design process, her team was extremely responsive, patient and accommodating. They were open to feedback and revisions. They also facilitated most communication with other third parties that were required (arborist, mechanical engineers, City of Mississauga, etc.). Saba negotiated prices and services on our behalf to ensure we were getting the best price.

Her team also managed the entire permit process with the City on our behalf. They kept us up to date with regular communication and explained the process clearly. Our permits were granted quickly due to Saba’s team submitting all of the required documents and responding quickly to inquiries.

We are thankful for everything Saba has done for us and are extremely happy with the design of our renovated home.

Saba and her team were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs. They were great from start to end. She modelled an amazing modern home for us, just how we wanted. I highly recommend Saba and her team for any architect work!

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the remodeling work that Saba and her team did for our unit. Saba managed the whole project from the start to finish.
She was responsible for coordinating with other consultant and subcontractors, everything was done with great care and high level of attention to details. Saba helped us choosing materials for our kitchen and bathroom, the selection of finishing, paint colours, flooring, cabinet colours and counter tops. She helped us choose everything we need within our budget.

They did a major kitchen and bathroom renovation, interior alterations for our unit, and they helped us in furniture selection. We hired QBS Architects INC to do a complete renovation to our house in Markham. We have impressed with the Saba’s attention to detail and ability to stay on top of our projects. Saba & her team listened carefully to our requirements & designed our dream home that reflected everything we asked for while keeping within our budget. We were always amazed at how quickly the team would get back to us regarding any of our questions or concerns.

Saba, an architect working for QBS Architects Inc., came to my house with, and at the behest of, a builder I was discussing a small addition to the side of my house with.
Saba agreed to do the design, structural drawings, and obtain a building permit for $4000. I paid her $2000 and she did the design drawings which were good.
Subsequently, I decided not to use the builder because he doubled his price from his original ballpark estimate.
When Saba found out I would not use this builder, she said she would not complete the rest of the contract unless I paid more money than the agreed amount. I said we had a signed contract and I would not pay more. I then received an email from Saba saying: "Sorry am not willing to proceed."
To sign a contract and not complete it is unprofessional in my opinion. I cannot recommend either Saba or QBS. It is a pity because the design drawings she did were fine.
I asked her why the builder I use would make any difference to my contract with her? She never replied.
