We were referred to Saba and her partners at QBS by our friend and Realtor Ben. This was our first time building a custom home and working with an architect so really didn't know what to expect. Saba and her team at QBS were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They listened to what we were trying to achieve and helped us accomplish just that. The home completion was far beyond our expectations and it was all built according to the Final Drafts supplied by QBS. Its amazing to see something that starts out as just something on paper come to life right in front of you. Working with Saba and everyone at QBS was a satisfying and pleasurable experience. We would recommend QBS in a heart beat and definitely use them again!! Thanks everyone at QBS!!

Kosta and his team paved our driveway and our neighbours as well. Kosta came out promptly and gave us a detailed estimate which also happened to be the lowest price we were quoted. During the process Kosta communicated with me frequently regarding scheduling and the work to be done. Royal Town has a ton of paving experience usually doing bigger jobs like roads and large parking lots so I trusted that out smaller residential job would be no problem for them to tackle. The work and service they provided was top notch. We are very pleased with the finished job and highly recommend them. Thank you Kosta and your team for a job well done!! We paid $3600 for 2 driveways!

This is our 3rd consecutive year using Home Turf Lawn Care and we trust this very reliable company to get the job done. Their pricing is also very competitive for the services they provide and if your not happy with the way your lawn looks they will do wha it takes to please you. We had an issue with our water tank on Dec 29th - NO HOT WATER & during the Holidays good luck trying to find a serviceman to come out to remedy the problem. Fortunately, I was given Sam's number by the water heater manufacturer (AO Smith) and I called him after trying a few things on my own. Sam told me what to do to get the motor going so that we could have hot water until we could get a new Blower Motor Assembly ordered. His advice although very simple, WORKED LIKE A CHARM. We have had Hot Water for a few days now and should get the new assembly in a few days. However, the story doesn't end there! On New Years Day we woke up to the house being 15 degrees inside temperature although the thermostat was set for 23. I called Sam and he advised that he couldn't come out until the evening BUT again told me what to do to as a quick and easy fix first. He was right once again, one of the exterior vent exhaust pipes was blocked with some snow so I cleared it out and VIOLA!! 2 minutes later HEAT!!!! Sam is amazing!! Where most service people would have you wait until they arrived so that the could charge you a ridiculous fee, he was so willing to give us help & advise over the phone. Honest people in the trades industry are sometimes hard to find BUT LOOK NO FURTHER THAN SAM AT CLIMAX AIR CONDITIONING!! I will always use him for my heating & cooling needs from now on and will also recommend him to all my friends and family!!
