Great customer service and timely installation. Chris was accessible and accommodating to our schedule to make the countertop installation a smooth process.

He gave us his word that he will cut to size an opening for an in counter top stove after we get it, which was not here at the time of installation.
He would not answer any phone calls or emails. We went down to his warehouse, we spoke to one of his employees to tell him about our issue, he said he would tell him. still no response. Not responding to our phone calls.
What I find disturbing about this is that if doesn't wish to help us after the fact, he can just answer his phone and talk about it. Totally ignoring the issue is outright unethical.
Kris was very efficient in answering the phone before the project and during the project. delivered on time.

I originally met with Chris at their workshop to view smaller, leftover cuts of quartz that might be suitable for two smaller bathrooms
(2 Vanities, 1 shower bench and 2 thresholds)
Chris was able to find pieces that were perfect for my spaces at incredible savings.
I also viewed samples at that time for the larger counter areas for my craft room.

When the contractor was ready, Chris came out to measure. He managed a quick turnaround time. Installation went smoothly with a pleasant and experienced team putting everything in place.

Amazing work! We are very happy we contacted them for our project. Chris and Russell brought out our choice of samples which made it easy to choose. It was a about 5-6 days from measuring to install. Very professional operation. Considering the massive size of this slab they made it a breeze. Seamless joints with perfect level. Good clean quality work. So now we have a gorgeous quartz kitchen! Replaced an outdated, poorly installed quartz countertop with a beautiful new one. Every step of the process was transparent and simple. They know what they are doing and the final product is absolutely amazing. The price was also a huge bonus, as I was quoted nearly double for the same slab from another company.
