Len and his team always come on short notice, are polite and professional, and, well, fix the issue. In this case, our gas fireplace wouldnt work. It hadnt been serviced in years, and they spent a good chunk of time taking it apart and cleaning. Also installed a new thermostat at no charge.

Len and his team did an excellent job of replacing 2 ACs and 2 furnaces. I haven’t had to use the ACs yet but the furnace is working beautifully and efficiently. Len answered my calls and questions quickly. His customer service is excellent!!

I reached out to the company as I was in need of a pre-season checkup since my regular HVAC guy retired recently. They were prompt in booking me an appt in the following couple of days. The technician, Anthony, arrived right on time and did a thorough cleaning/checkup. They were reasonably priced and I would use them again!

Service was excellent, as has been the case previously.. Communication was very good. The technician arrived as scheduled and the work was done within the estimated time.

Tempasure did all the work for installing the HVAV system in our house and have not has an issue since. Any time I had a questions while commissioning it they were quick to respond and do a check if necessary. They recently came for a cleaning, and during these COVID times the technician was careful, work a mask, and did the work efficiently.

Tempasure became my go-to service for heating, AC and gas fireplace service since Len first fixed the installation of AC done by another company. He was able to determine and resolve the problem where others could not. Since then Len and his team have serviced my furnace, AC and fireplace exclusively. He is fair, balanced and honest in his assessments and his prices are very competitive.

Installer arrived in the slotted time slot and worked all day. Took all the old stuff away . Now we have a good warm house with winter coming .

Len and his team were excellent. Very professional and meticulous about ensuring the best installation possible for my new furnace.

What really impressed me was the honesty and integrity. I was insisting on getting a new humidifier in addition to the new furnace but Len and his crew looked at my existing humidifier and convinced me that it does not need to be changed. As a result, my total cost went down compared with what I was prepared to spend. They did the opposite of up-selling and that goes a long way.

I sent Tempasure an inquiry about furnace maintenance and got a quick response from Len. I made an appointment and the technician arrived on time.
