Wildlife Shield

A skunk that was living under my deck decided to attack my cats and spray them 3 times in 3 weeks. I was getting very frustrated of the clean up and the smell. My cats were no longer allowed out and caused them a lot of anxiety as well. I decided that enough was enough and called in the professionals. Wildlife Shield explained the process and the associated cost right away. I'm happy to report that the skunk has moved on and the great think is that no other critter can move in under my deck! Worth every penny. Thanks Wildlife Shield. Highly recommended!

I send a quote request to several companies with good reviews on Google and Homestars. Wildlife Shield responded immediately. The Office Manager Simon was very friendly and professional, so does Thomas who came to solve our problem. The price was affordable and they never charged us extra when we ask them to come again to double check in the attic. They called us to follow up couple of times to see if everything is OK.
Hopefully, squirrels are gone forever.

Starting hearing noises coming from the attic early in the morning and late at night. Called the company, they were very friendly, diagnosed the issue right away (squirrel) and came out the very next day to find the entry point, which they did, and install a door for the animal to leave the attic. It's been ~10 days and no more noises in the attic.

Prompt service and follow up to remove squirrels from attic. Problem recently solved. Hope this will be a permanent solution. It shouldn't be necessary to write 30 words or more!

From 2015 we had been bothered by aggressive raccoons trying to enter our roof.They wandered boldly in our neighbour hood in the daytime and we were even afraid of leaving our windows open!Thanks to the expertise of Richard, Tom and Simon, we had them trapped and removed.It took several calls to the company and were always treated cordially and fairly.We have since wildlife proofed our roof to prevent future problems.I recommended them to family for squirrel removal as well.

I called Wildlife Shield to seal off my deck against racoons. The rep said that the plants around the deck would need to be removed and replaced to install the racoon guard, which would cause some damage. It did indeed cause damage and I lost about half of the plants. However, the rep (Richard) also permanently damaged the wooden stairs and expensive patio stonework. It ended up costing over $150 to repair the damage. When I called to voice my concern the office manager Simon was apologetic and said that he would contact me with a resolution but he never did. I left several messages asking to connect but Simon never called me back. This company is unprofessional, untrustworthy and not worth the hassle!

I had squirrels in my attic. I called a couple of companies on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner of this company called me back within 10 minutes!! He explained the costs and the process very clearly and they came out that Tuesday to identify and fix the issue. Squirrel problem is now gone. All of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Toronto has a real problem with raccoons they are relentless... Wildlife Shield are great! First of all they're responsive and they calmed down my tenants and said - don't worry everything will be fine!

Secondly they clearly explained how the pests got in and how they will be removed humanely and made sure that the raccoons couldn't get back in. The prices were reasonable and they got the job done without any fuss or muss.

I wanted to use a professional and not waste time or mi eh effectivly paying. Double or triple what I paid to this company. From the get go, ALL the guys I dealt with were extremely professional and super nice. They were always available for me weather it was by phone , text or email. They NEVER made me feel like I was bothering them. They NEVER charged me extra for work that was guaranteed. They came out no less than 10x, and every time were professional and made sure the job was done properly. Costa even crawled up into my attic to see what was up in there - I assure you that wasn't an easy job. I would recommend these guy 1000x over as I have already and my friends have been happy to. I also had a bird problem right after the mouse problem and after 6 months of the original contract they were super nice and charged a nominal fee to come remove the nest and close up the whole that was created by a squirrel. Great company to work with.

Had numerous phone calls in order to set up the job and get our business. Consult was done verbally over the phone. When the technician did come out he set up a one way door and said he would be back the following week to remove the door and seal off the opening. Of course we paid at the time. And it was not cheap.

It has been 4 weeks now and still a no show. I have called "Simon" several times and have gotten voice mail. No phone calls have yet been returned. I have better things to do with my time then have to follow up with businesses to get the job finished as promised.

Thought I would share because if I had seen the previous review on here indicating that once the money/payment was received they didn't hear back, I would have gone with another business.
