Damaged property and calls not returned
I called Wildlife Shield to seal off my deck against racoons. The rep said that the plants around the deck would need to be removed and replaced to install the racoon guard, which would cause some damage. It did indeed cause damage and I lost about half of the plants. However, the rep (Richard) also permanently damaged the wooden stairs and expensive patio stonework. It ended up costing over $150 to repair the damage. When I called to voice my concern the office manager Simon was apologetic and said that he would contact me with a resolution but he never did. I left several messages asking to connect but Simon never called me back. This company is unprofessional, untrustworthy and not worth the hassle!

While we do our best to protect all plants in some extreme cases where plants are too close to a deck that requires raccoon proofing these plants might get damaged. Unfortunately this was the case your situation as in order for us to perform the exclusion we need to dig deep in a way to make sure no animals can get under there. Otherwise we cannot guarantee and warranty our work. This is always communicated in a professional manner by all our technicians and office staff before we are hired for a job. Our work is covered by an extensive warranty, if animals break back in just give us a call and we will address any concerns.
